Longtime fans are rejoicing as these are the first Marilyn Manson tour dates seen since before the pandemic. His last public performance was in Japan in January 2021 — just weeks before he was publicly accused in a media campaign that rendered swift backlash. Despite no evidence or a single criminal charge, he was dropped by his record label within a matter of hours and has not made any public appearances as an artist since.
The Marilyn Manson tour dates for Summer 2024 are not altogether surprising, however.
It’s been confirmed by numerous sources he’s been at work on new music for quite some time in his absence. Collaborations have also been confirmed with Kat Von D and Bill Saber. And to preview his new work with Tyler Bates, Manson has been known to host listening parties for a completed album since late last year and fans eagerly await its release. Those who’ve attended the listening parties report that his passion for song-writing and the creative process has come alive again.
Now more than three years since the allegations arrived against him that resulted in no criminal charges after extensive investigation, he’s come aboard Five Finger Death Punch’s tour alongside Slaughter to Prevail with a Summer 2024 tour kicking off Aug. 2 in Hershey, Pennsylvania. Dates are in America with one night in Vancouver.
With a listener base around the world, hopefully we’ll see a return to the stage internationally as well!
