Launched in early 2023, the Justice for Marilyn Manson podcast features discussions related to the allegations and cases as well as the the rockstar’s return to music.
In the early hours of Feb. 1, 2021, multiple women took to their social media profiles to publish abuse claims against Brian Warner — more famously known as Marilyn Manson — and soon after filed civil lawsuits in close succession. The impact of their statements was immediate. Warner was dropped by his then record label as well as multiple film projects within a matter of hours despite no criminal charges or convictions.
He denied all allegations with a statement posted to his social media accounts:
“Obviously, my art and my life have long been magnets for controversy – but these recent claims about me are horrible distortions of reality. My intimate relationships have always been entirely consensual with like-minded partners. Regardless of how – and why – others are now choosing to misrepresent the past; that is the truth.”
In March 2022, he went on to file a bombshell lawsuit against actress Evan Rachel Wood and her associate Ashley Illma Gore that alluded to the two organizing a conspiracy to falsely hurt his public image.
The case continues to make its way through the long litigation process and covers claims that the two impersonated a federal agent when forging a “FBI” letter, hacked his personal accounts, impersonated him online, swatted his private residence and defamed him by misrepresenting a short horror film he produced in the 90s as illegal pornographic material.
