The Justice for Marilyn Manson Podcast features discussions on facts related to the Manson cases and allegations.
There are currently five active cases with parties that include Manson himself as well as actress Evan Rachel Wood, actress Esme Bianco, his former personal assistant Ashley Walters, model Ashley Morgan Smithline and street artist Illma Gore who is linked to Wood.
In February 2021, multiple woman took to their social media profiles to make abuse allegations against Manson and soon after filed civil lawsuits in close succession. Manson has denied all of the allegations lodged against him and shared in a statement:
“Obviously, my art and my life have long been magnets for controversy – but these recent claims about me are horrible distortions of reality. My intimate relationships have always been entirely consensual with like-minded partners. Regardless of how – and why – others are now choosing to misrepresent the past; that is the truth.”
More than a year spent largely out of the public eye later, Manson filed a lawsuit on March 2, 2022 — citing Intentional Infliction of Emotion Distress, defamation per se related to a short film he produced in the 90s, Violation of the Comprehensive Computer Data and Access Fraud Act as well as Impersonation Over the Internet.
There is a long road ahead as these interconnected cases progress through litigation process. Tune in for updates along the way!
