Master Timeline I Justice for Marilyn Manson

To better understand history of Marilyn Manson and Evan Rachel Wood’s relationship, I started digging and building what’s become a rather extensive timeline of statements made (mostly by Evan) through the years.

Evan Rachel Wood has participated in multiple interviews since her breakup with Manson where she stresses it was a healthy, positive and loving relationship. This captured my attention and prompted me to start tracking her statements as well as when they shifted and she adopted a new public persona.

MASTER TIMELINE

With so many dates to keep track of and a fluid situation as these lawsuits progress, the Master Timeline below is a constant work in progress. Below the following timeline includes dates from court documents as well as articles and interviews from over the years.

1996 – From a sworn statement, Paula M. Weiss was dating Marilyn Manson when she appeared in the film ‘Groupie’. She was over the age of 21 during filming and involved in the creative concept for the project.

2005 – JANUARY 22: Evan Rachel Wood and Jamie Bell first meet at the Sundance Film Festival.

2005 – Spring – Evan Rachel Wood and Jamie Bell work together in Green Day’s Wake Me Up When September Ends music video. It debuts in March.

2005 – Jamie Bell and Kate Mara meet during a chemistry test, according to Jonathan Ross Show appearance by Jamie and Watch What Happens Live appearance by Kate Mara.

2005 – DECEMBER 5: Jamie Bell and Evan Rachel Wood attend the King Kong premiere as a couple.

2006 – MAY 5: Evan Rachel Wood spotted by fan with Edward Norton at a movie theater holding hands ahead of their Down In the Valley’s theatrical release on May 6.

2006 – Marilyn Manson and Evan Rachel Wood meet at Chateau Marmont in Hollywood.

2006 – OCTOBER 31: Marilyn Manson opens art exhibit in LA – both then wife Dita Von Teese and Evan Rachel Wood in attendance.

2006 – DECEMBER 27: Dita Von Teese files for divorce from Marilyn Manson. She has since sited drug use and infidelity for the separation.

~ 2007 – Illma Gore speaks about being her past in a Mercy Brother’s Illma Gore documentary on YouTube (Nov. 7, 2016).

2007 — APRIL 23: People reports on Dita Von Teese commenting about Evan Rachel Wood as the other woman when her marriage to Manson was breaking apart.

2007 – MAY 7: Music video for Marilyn Manson’s Heart-Shaped Glasses released — costarring Evan Rachel Wood who broke a record earning the biggest paycheck by that time for appearing in a music video.

““At the end of the video, we’re kissing and it’s raining blood — and for me, that was one of the most romantic moments of my entire life,” Wood told GQ months after the video’s premiered in August.

2007 – MAY 18: People magazine reports on now deleted Spin Magazine interview where Marilyn Manson discusses personal things:

The divorce made him feel destroyed with no soul
Reportedly Dita Von Teese objected to his creative hour being between 3 to 5 am and he was left to sleep on the couch in his own home
Evan Rachel Wood captivated him by saying she’d die for him and that made him want to live

2007 – JUNE 4: In Rolling Stone, Marilyn Manson describes his first ever painting of 19-year-old Evan Rachel Wood that he called “Pretty Persuasion” and that he was excited someone else in the world had some form of connection with him.

2007 – JULY 11: Elle magazine publishes an interview with Evan Rachel Wood where she discusses her relationship with Marilyn Manson, how positive he is and inspiring it is to be around him. Her assertions:

They met at Chateau Marmont party and both were hiding in a corner because they didn’t want to be there
They became “movie buddies” until after he separated from Dita Von Teese when they looked into one another’s eyes and knew

2007 – SEPTEMBER 11: TMZ caught Evan Rachel Wood in Toronto and dubbed her a “Dita wannabe.”

2007 — SEPTEMBER: Evan Rachel Wood appears in Nylon magazine and shares she’s in the process of moving in with Marilyn Manson and that it was ‘fate’ the two of them met. She also at length speaks positively about the experience filming Heart-Shaped Glasses.

2007 — SEPTEMBER 29: Evan Rachel Wood discusses her tattoos in an Associated Press interview – including a heart tattoo she comments represents the 1935 horror film Mad Love that she and Manson got on Valentine’s Day.

2007 – DECEMBER 6: Marilyn Manson appears on the “Graham Norton” show. There’s casual mention of MM having a new young girlfriend before moving onto other topics.

2007 – DECEMBER 10: Marilyn Manson and Evan Rachel Wood seen at Led Zeppelin concert in UK.

2007 – DECEMBER: Divorce finalized between Marilyn Manson and Dita Von Teese.

2008 – NOVEMBER 7: Evan Rachel Wood tells People magazine that her split from Marilyn Manson was amicable and that he was loving, not abusive. “Manson owns the house he lives in. My brother has never stayed there and the person that said such horrible things about Manson being ‘controlling’ and ’emotionally abusive’ is certainly no source ‘close’ to me,” Woods says. “Manson has been by my side and taken care of me through the best and worst times. I love him as a person and as an artist. I will always be proud to have been a part of that.

2008 – NOVEMBER 26: Interview magazine publishes an article with Evan Rachel Wood speaking positively about Manson and the Heart-Shaped Glasses video being a collaboration project. She also discusses how she feels it’s unfair the satire and irony of his art is misunderstood.

2008 – DECEMBER CHRISTMAS: Following a split with Evan Rachel Wood, Marilyn Manson tells SPIN Magazine that he was incredibly low and alone feeling like he’d put his trust in the wrong person.

2009 – APRIL 23: Evan Rachel Wood captured by TMZ where she says he’s “charming, sweet and funny.”

2009 – JUNE 8: People magazine reports that Evan Rachel Wood and Shane West were spotted holding hands and looking chummy at Hollywood birthday party.

2009 JUNE 24: SPIN Magazine article published where Marilyn Manson discusses breakup period with Evan Rachel Wood and calling her 158 times while cutting himself.

2009 – JULY 2: Evan Rachel Wood interview with Vanity Fair where she discusses a fascination with Lolita since the age of 16. She also very positively discusses her relationship with Marilyn Manson. Article also mentions the likeliness that she’s having a fling with Shane West.

2009 – DECEMBER 9: Marilyn Manson tells SPIN magazine that he and Evan Rachel Wood have reunited.

2010 – JANUARY 5: Marilyn Manson proposed on stage to Evan Rachel Wood – also his 41st birthday.

2010 – AUGUST: Marie Clare runs a Q&A with Evan where she says that her wedding ceremony will be at night

2010 – AUGUST 17: People magazine and Evan Rachel Wood and Marilyn Manson call off engagement.

2010 – OCTOBER 7: Elle Canada interview with Evan Rachel Wood published where she again asserts the Heart-Shaped Glasses music video was an homage to Lolita and her own personal obsession with Lolita.

2010 – OCTOBER 6: A&E published a documentary special that indicates Manson proposed to Evan Rachel Wood in October 2008 but she rejected him.

2010 — OCTOBER 22: Evan Rachel Wood interviewed by Nylon magazine where she says positive things about dating Manson.

2010 – OCTOBER 30: Marilyn Manson and Lindsay Usich photographed together at Halloween party in Las Vegas.

2011 — APRIL 7: Interview with NY Magazine where Evan Rachel Wood reveals she shared a bed with her mom till age 18, was on set filming Mildred Pierce the day after her split with Manson and that their relationship helped her grow.

2011 — APRIL 18: Evan Rachel Wood tells Esquire magazine she’s bisexual and that she’s drawn to androgyny and that is part of what led her to dating Marilyn Manson.

2011 – JULY 2: Evan Rachel Wood and Jamie Bell attend a Spider-Man show on Broadway as a couple.

2011 — SEPTEMBER 29: Marie Clare interviews Evan Rachel Wood in promotion of Mildred Pierce where she describes that despite their split, she’s glad that she and Manson got engaged as it showed that they were legit as a pairing.

2011 — OCTOBER 24: The Guardian publishes an interview with Evan Rachel Wood reflecting on bisexuality, her relationship with Marilyn Manson and her career.

2011 — OCTOBER 31: Evan Rachel Wood tells The Independent that Manson made her the person that she is and that he’s inspiring.

2012 – OCTOBER 27: Jamie Bell and Evan Rachel Wood attend film gala event.

2012 – OCTOBER 30: Evan Rachel Wood and Jamie Bell “marry” – but not by law. They reportedly were dating for two years prior – so sometime in 2010.

2012 – NOVEMBER 4: Evan Rachel Wood and Jamie Bell pregnant with son.

2012 – NOVEMBER 14: Marilyn Manson and Lindsay Usich photographed holding hands at LAX.

2o13 — JANUARY 11: People magazine reports on Evan Rachel Wood announcing pregnancy.

2013 – APRIL 16: Evan Rachel Wood attends a Tribeca Film Festival party hosted by Vanity Fair while pregnant with Jamie Bell’s son.

2013 – JULY 29: Evan Rachel Wood and Jamie Bell’s son born.

2013 — JULY 30: People magazine reports on Evan’s style while pregnant.

2014 – MAY 28: Evan Rachel Wood and Jamie Bell announce split. At this time Evan announces a break from social media and Jamie deletes his account.

2014 – JULY 24: Illma Gore and actress Ruby Rose have an art mural in New York City Time Square.

2014 – SEPTEMBER 6: Marilyn Manson and Lindsay Usich attend Sons of Anarchy premiere.

2014 – OCTOBER 4: Illma Gore post mural of Ruby Rose in Pennsylvania on her old Facebook page.

2014 – OCTOBER 19: Evan Rachel Wood issues a series of now deleted tweets accusing Vanity Fair magazine of making her feel like “meat” and erasing her identity. She receives A LOT of press on this from major publishers.

2014 — NOVEMBER 15: DailyMail reports Evan Rachel Wood splits with actress Katherine Moenning after a brief romance.

2015 – JANUARY 13: Illma Gore raising money for art exhibit – saying for $10 she will get anyone’s name tattooed on her body. Her venture was even covered by the DailyMail.

2015 – FEB 6 – APRIL 4: Evan Rachel Wood stars in West Hollywood John Hughes themed cabaret – where she meets Zach Villa.

2015 — APRIL 15: Daily Mail reports on Evan Rachel Wood spotted holding hands with Michael Thomas Grant.

2015 — JUNE 15: Daily Mail reports on Evan Rachel Wood on Disneyland date with Andy Tongren.

2015 – AUGUST: Made Instagram official in custom designer Johnny Wujek’s profile

2015 – AUGUST 20: Evan told Net-a-Porter’s The Edit: “I thought I was in love. I wasn’t doing it to prove a point or be rebellious. I wanted to break a mold for sure — I knew I was edgier, more alternative, and weird. And [Marilyn] was just what I needed, because I felt really free with him. And that freedom was attractive. … I wouldn’t trade any of [our relationship]. I appreciate everything he taught me. I just don’t think we were right for each other.”

2015 – OCTOBER 23: Kate Mara and Jamie Bell spotted smooching in NYC as a new couple.

2016 – MARCH 22: Nylon Magazine publishes article with Illma Gore and ERW discussing Trump.

2016 – APRIL 29: Illma Gore posts on Instagram that she was allegedly punched in the face by a Trump supporter. This was widely reported by the media.

2016 – JUNE 3: Zach Villa and Evan Rachel Wood interview with Billboard magazine. She says “When Zach and I met – I was in a time in my life where I was tired of making myself smaller for other people and I was ready to overcome oppressive situations and begin a time of rebirth.”

2016 — JULY 18: People magazine reports on Evan Rachel Wood defending Amber Heard.

2016 – NOVEMBER 1: Elect This video interview published with Illma Gore discussing art she’s working on related to the Black Lives Matter movement.

2016 – NOVEMBER 7: YouTube trailer published on documentary that focuses on Illma Gore where she discusses being homeless as an adolescent and her approach to artwork and the Trump painting.

2016 – NOVEMBER 17: Evan Rachel Wood Rolling Stone interview. Article states that she “recently” moved to the small Tennessee town. In the article she also attests that the sex on the Heart-Shaped Glasses video was not real and her relationship with Manson was positive. In this same article – she discusses having been raped in a prior relationship and by a bar owner.

2016 – DECEMBER 11: Evan Rachel Wood spotted kissing her bandmate Zach Villa at the Critics Choice awards and runs into his arms after winning for her work in Westworld.

2017 – JANUARY 8:

Jamie Bell and actress Kate Mara get engaged
Evan Rachel Wood attends Golden Globes and later tweets that she walked out in “tears” after a “pedophile” won an award.

2017 – JANUARY 17: Illma Gore featured in New York Post YouTube video about painting in blood.

2017 – JANUARY 30: Evan Rachel Wood announces her engagement to band mate Zack Villa at the Screen Actors Guild Awards.

2017 — FEBRUARY: Evan Rachel Wood’s filming for The Ides of March begins.

2017 — MARCH 28: People magazine reports on Evan Rachel Wood addressing how she’s confronting her demons and healing on Westworld and an alleged first album with Zack Villa. (No album has been released).

2017 – MARCH 29: Elle Canada publishes an interview with Evan Rachel Wood where she says positive things about Jamie Bell and that she moved to Nashville so Jack could live in a more “normal” environment.

2017 — APRIL: Filming for Evan Rachel Wood’s movie The Ides of March continues in Michigan.

2017 – MAY 4: Evan Rachel Rood and Jamie Bell dispute over parentage action. In Evan’s response she confirmed that Jamie is Jack’s father and that Jack resides in LA county. This contradicts her assertion that Jack has been a TN resident since 2016 and that Jamie Bell was aware of this.

2017 – MAY 23: Kate Mara on Andy Cohen’s “Watch What Happens Live” shares that she and Jamie Bell fell in love while on the Fantastic Four press tour.

2017 – JULY 7: Brian Warner’s father passes away. Manson honors him on Instagram by saying he taught him how “to be a man, a fighter and a survivor.

2017 – JULY 15: Jamie Bell marries actress Kate Mara.

2017 – AUGUST 9: Jamie Bell tells People magazine that he was abandoned by his father as a child and he would never walk out on his son.

2017 – SEPTEMBER 7: People magazine reports, Zach Villa and Evan Rachel Wood end their engagement.

2017 — OCTOBER 12: People magazine reports on the 20-minute (now deleted) YouTube video Evan Rachel Wood published discussing abuse and why she has not yet named her abusers (plural).

2017 – NOV 8: Illma Gore first appears on Getty Images at a Tradesy Showroom Opening in Santa Monica, California.

2017 — NOV 24: Chloe Black names Marilyn Manson’s “I Don’t Like the Drugs But the Drugs Like Me” among her top 10 favorite songs from the 1990s.

2018 – JANUARY 7: TMZ shows video interview of Evan Rachel Wood at the airport discussing that people can choose to support the Me Too movement however they like. When pressed what other means one could do so, she shares that they could form a group and surround that person you want to call out as a predator.

2018 – FEBRUARY 8: Evan Rachel Wood testifies before the US Congress Judiciary Committee and says that raves of memories came up in her brain when hearing stories of the Me Too movement.

2018 – FEBRUARY 27: Evan Rachel Wood appears in “Funny or Die” video comparing the Me Too movement to a funny game of Guess Who – all in conjunction with raising donations for the RISE Now organization.

2018 – APRIL 24:

Evan Rachel Wood on James Corden Show where they discuss the cover celebrating its anniversary and she’d like to recreate it now that they’re adults.

2018 – AUGUST 10: Hollywood Reporter reports that LA county’s district of attorney’s office dismissed chargers of sexual assault against Warner/Manson as uncorroborated. Howard E. King makes a statement.

2018 – SEPTEMBER 16: Evan Rachel Wood walks Emmys red carpet with #MeToo activist Amanda Nguyen.

2019 — JANUARY 30: Evan Rachel Wood publishes an essay in Nylon on her experience in a mental hospital.

2019 – FEBRUARY 12: Marilyn Manson and Lindsay Usich photographed together at LAX.

2019 – MARCH 11:

Evan Rachel Wood publishes video on Instagram alongside the hashtag #Iamnotok. She’s very weepy and says she’s not sure she’ll be able to put her experiences behind her. “I don’t remember what it feels like to not be scared”
Evan Rachel Wood shares photos from 2010 photoshoot with Chris Evans for Gucci and Elle magazine. She alleges she was severely depressed during the photo shoot from Mason abuse, unable to stand and ultimately sent home after collapsing in a pool of tears. Actual video from the photoshoot as well as an interview with ERW that day say otherwise.
People magazine reports on Evan Rachel Wood alleging she cut herself after an abuser encounter.

2019 – MARCH 19: Evan Rachel Wood on the “Armchair Expert” podcast with Dax Shepard where she talks about her childhood as an actress and experiences with abuse and being both groomed and gaslit.

2019 — APRIL 19: People magazine reports on Evan Rachel Wood trauma therapy.

2019 – APRIL 23: Wood testified to the California Senate about alleged abuse for years that the general public inferred to be about Marilyn Manson.

2019 – APRIL 26: Marilyn Manson, Lindsay Usich and Dita Von Teese attend Libertine show in LA.

2019 – MAY 15: Today show interview between Evan Rachel Wood and Maria Shriver on her experiences with domestic abuse.

2019 – MAY 27: Kate Mara and Jamie Bell welcome their first baby – a daughter.

2019 – JULY 19: Esme Bianco testifies on behalf of the Phoenix Act before California Senate.

2019 – SEPTEMBER: Allegedly IIllma Gore used the fictitious [email protected] email to distribute links to pornography without Manson’s knowledge or consent.

2019 — SEPTEMBER 21: Just Jared reports that Evan Rachel Wood and Illma Gore attend outdoor Moulin Rouge screening in LA.

2019 — OCTOBER 10:

People magazine reports on Evan Rachel Wood “rising from the ashes” of abuse.
Vulture reports on Gavin Newsom signing the Phoenix Act into law

2019 – OCTOBER 11: Phoenix Act achieves tax exemption status from the IRS – EIN 83-4618392.

2019 — OCTOBER 30: SELF magazine publishes an interview where Evan Rachel Wood describes having “complex PTSD” and that she experiences disassociation, impulse control and agoraphobia.

2019 – NOVEMBER 6: Harpers Bazaar publishes interview with Evan Rachel Wood saying that she received death threats many times for her “abuser” and tried to obtain a restraining order with video evidence but was told it was too late and nothing could be done.

2020 – JANURY 26: Upon Kobe Bryant’s death, Evan Rachel Wood honored him by tweeting that he is a rapist. She receives backlash – including from Vanesa Bryant in 2/2021 – but never apologizes.

2020 – FEBRUARY 9: Lindsay Usich and Marilyn Manson attend Vanity Fair Oscar party.

2020 – MARCH/APRIL LOCKDOWN: Marilyn Manson and Lindsay Usich and sang “Love Me Tender” to one another in a Facetime ceremony with Nicolas Cage present. This was later discussed in a 10/2020 conversation between the two that was published for Interview magazine.

2020 – JULY 19: Showbiz Kids debuts on HBO – featuring an interview with Evan Rachel Wood where she says she understood her sexuality at the young age of 12 and was comfortable telling coming of age stories that balanced the innocence of children with their sexual awakenings.

2020 – SEPTEMBER 12: Esme Bianco tweeted a GoFundMe link that Illma Gore retweeted – asking for donations to support their efforts in “breaking the cycle of violence”.

2020 – SEPTEMBER 13: Date of the Twitter account associated with the Phoenix Act’s last tweet.

2020 – SEPTEMBER 28: Evan Rachel Wood sits for Variety interview on deleting her Twitter account a few months prior – citing she didn’t like her tweets being misrepresented by the media.

2020 – SEPTEMBER 30: Illma Gore reaches out to Katheryn McGaffigan trying to recruit into survivor group.

2020 – OCTOBER 2: Evan Rachel Wood share Instagram about “psychopaths re parasitic” and living a psychopath free life.

2020 – OCTOBER 3: Illma Gore reaches out to Katheryn McGaffigan, stating:

She and Evan have been investigating grooming from adults in the music industry
The Groupie video has an underage girl in it that she believes is Jeanette
The FBI is involved and they’re working with them.
There are many more teenagers who have been abused

2020 – OCTOBER 15: According to sworn declaration, Illma Gore emails Emese Balog to recruit her into the group of “victims”.

2020 – OCTOBER 21: Filming of “survivors” group for Phoenix Rising.

2020 – NOVEMBER 12: Marilyn Manson’s team puts out a statement regarding Metal Hammer magazine asking about Evan’s allegations in an interview that Manson cut short.

2020 – NOVEMBER 22: Screenshots of broken iPad with Illma Gore and allegedly Evan Rachel Wood drafting FBI letter.

2020 – DECEMBER 18: Illma Gore submits some form of evidence to FBI agent Elizabeth C. Farrell in LA. The signature matches the one used on the fake FBI letter and a copy of the signed FBI documentation is found on the iPad Bryton Gore presented that Illma does not contest is real with her information.

2020 – DECEMBER 19: Evan Rachel Wood allegedly made a police report that Lindsey Warner was going to share photos of her that would ruin her career. The photos are of Evan at a party with a knife with cocaine and with the Hitler mustache – events that both have been attested to by witnesses that were fun evenings and ERW herself drew the mustache on with a MAC eyeliner. It was later determined the case number on the supposed report was for an unrelated complaint made by different parties many years later.

2020 – DECEMBER 19: Jamie Bell returned to LA under information that Evan and Jack arrived on 12/18 and that he’d be spending the holidays with him. This did not happen.

2020 – DECEMBER 22:

Evan Rachel Wood emails Jamie Bell that she and Jack have been in Tennessee. She asserts she is a “key witness” in a “Federal investigation” and her safety is in danger – providing a federal agent and phone number to contact with questions.
Jamie Bell responds via email and stresses wanting to coordinate with Lisa Hacker – a family mediator — on devising a plan between him and Evan on Jack’s custody.
Owner of number texts Illma Gore that she’s received a voicemail both from Jamie Bell and attorney Shawn Holley trying to get in contact with FBI agent Michelle Langer. Illma responds that she’ll have it fixed “immediately” and “sorry for that. Someone got the numbers mixed up”.

2020 – DECEMBER 23:

Evan Rachel Wood sends Jamie Bell an FBI letter in the “Signal” app that names Illma Gore as a key witness in a federal investigation. Evan quickly deletes that and sends an updated copy that names her as the key. witness in an investigation. In court docs Jamie Bell states that “Illma Gore is a graphic artist who Evan has dated for more than a year.”
Jamie Bell emails that he’s been calling the number she gave him re the federal investigation. He shares that the person who owns the number she gave responded with a new number.

2020 – DECEMBER 29: JB writes Evan Rachel Wood requesting she follow-up with Lisa Hacker for mediation.

2021 – JANUARY 10: Evan Rachel Wood emails Jamie Bell that she’s receiving death threats. She suggests she and Jamie Bell attend mediation with a private judge and to communicate with her attorneys Samantha F. Spector and Lisa Helfend Meyer to arrange this.

2021 – JANUARY 12: JB agrees to meditation with Evan Rachel Wood but requests that it happen quickly.

2021 – JANUARY 22:

Jamie Bell files a statement with LA County family court updating them on his correspondence with Evan Rachel Wood and inability to visit with their son.
Illma Gore again emails Emese Balog about joining the group of “victims”.

2021 – JANUARY 29: Jamie Bell files Paternity Petition in LA County Superior Court.

2021 – FEBRUARY 1: Evan Rachel Wood posts on Instagram that Brian Warner (Marilyn Manson) is her abuser.

2021 – FEBRUARY 2: Marilyn Manson reportedly dropped by his talent agency CAA following the abuse. allegations

2021 – FEBRUARY 3: Marilyn Manson’s home was swatted with multiple squad cars and an LAPD helicopter deployed. At approximately 8:10 pm – a person associated with Warner received an email from the LAPD that stated:

Today we were notified by the FBI that they received a call from a friend of Mr. Manson. The friend, Illma Gore, has not been able to reach him and is concerned for his safety. We went to his residence – but there was no answer. Is there a way for us to contact him to check on his well-being? If not, can you have him reach out to Illma?

2021 – FEBRUARY 8: Gore used the fake email to create communications appearing that Warner and attorneys were in talks regarding a criminal investigation. Manson’s complaint states the email sender “did not work for, or ever work for, that attorney”.

2021 – MARCH 5: FBI agent Elizabeth C. Farrell reaches out to Evan Rachel Wood’s attorney Shawn Holley about scheduling an interview at a Nashville office. Holley quickly responds that ERW agrees that’s a good location.

2021 – MARCH 16: Evan Rachel Wood attorney Shawn Holley reaches back out to FBI agent Elizabeth C. Farrell about scheduling the FBI interview in Nashville.

Bryton witnessed Illma using the Procreate app to transfer a signature from one document to a letter from the FBI.
Illma said what she was doing was “OKAY” because she “knew the agent” and “have her number”
After editing the letter, she sent it Evan Rachel Wood.

2021 – APRIL 5: Evan Rachel Wood has a hearing within her custody case with Jamie Bell where the court questions the nature of the “investigation” she cites as a reason to move abruptly out of state.

2021 – APRIL 8: LA District Attorney writes a letter saying Evan Rachel Wood is a “potential victim” who has been interviewed in a criminal investigation.

2021 – APRIL 28: Evan Rachel Wood submits a declaration in her custody case, stating the Manson is not just a threat to her but also his “network of fanatic” supporters who are all “extreme Satanists”, Nazis and pedophiles who have assisted him in kidnapping and ritualistically torturing women and covered up crimes.

2021 – MAY 6: Evan Rachel Wood sits under oath in her custody proceeding – details that Manson has not made any alleged threats to her since 2014. She also does not make mention of any active FBI investigation nor submissions of police reports she’s shared on social media and in court documents that she has filed.

When she confronted Wood about the FBI letter, she said to “think of what would happen” to her and the “victims” if it ever got out to the media.

2021 – DECEMBER 6: Daily Mail publishes an “Exclusive” story that includes written statements filed by Evan Rachel Wood in a custody case – where she filed the forged FBI letter as an excuse for relocating to Tennessee as well as alleged threats MM made against their son. The copyright insignia listed on the leaked court documents is of the law firm – indicating a possibility they could be behind the leak.

2022 – JANUARY 20-30: Phoenix Rising screens at the Sundance Film Festival.

2022 – JANUARY 24: People magazine reports from an advance copy of Phoenix Rising that Evan Rachel Wood alleges she was coerced into a “commercial sex act under false pretenses” and raped in the Heart-Shaped Glasses video on camera. Manson’s attorney Howard King provides a statement fully denouncing these claims and explains that there are multiple witnesses.

2022 – JANUARY 26: Blair Berk’s office investigates the FBI letter and determines.

The number on the letter belonged to Michele Meyer – not an FBI agent.
FBI agent Michelle Langer does exist but she has no knowledge of the letter and never authorized it to be drafted under her name.

There is no active criminal investigation of Brian Warner being conducted by the FBI.
Mitch E. and Kelly B. of the Phoenix Act had previously communicated with her office to report a crime unrelated to Brian Warner. Potential connection behind false letter.
