One thing is for sure — there are A LOT of Brian Warner p/k/a Marilyn Manson court documents from all the cases arising from the Feb. 2021 abuse allegations as well as Manson alleging a conspiracy hoax led by actress Evan Rachel Wood and Ashley Illma Gore. Gore is an artist as well as a former employee and girlfriend of Wood and appeared alongside her in HBO’s Phoenix Rising special.

Transparency is key – especially at a time when the agenda-driven media does not respect due process nor their ethical obligation to represent arguments from all sides of pending litigation such as the Marilyn Manson cases. And so I make available all the court documents I purchase for all the parties available by case on a Google Drive.
Please take the time to thoroughly read all the documents to evaluate witness statements and evidence as your schedule allows.
Be sure to also follow on Instagram or Twitter for updates when new documents are filed.
WHAT ARE THE ACTIVE CASES?
Totally new to all this? No worries!
In Feb. 2021, multiple women lodged abuse allegations against Brian Warner and they shortly after filed lawsuits. Find information below on where all the cases stand.
CRIMINAL CASES?
Court documents and public information show that the very serious allegations of sexual assault as well as pedophilia and human trafficking that were lodged against Brian Warner were investigated by Los Angeles County as well as the FBI. Neither have elected to file any charges.
LAWSUIT 1:
BIANCA ALLAINE KYNE v. MANSON (Filed 1/30/23)
Now identified as Bianca Kyne, Jane Doe filed a lawsuit in late January 2023 against Manson as well as Interscope Records, Nothing Records and twenty Does whose legal identities are “unknown”.
The complaint details abuse allegations against Manson in two causes of action. Three additional causes of action were raised against the record labels — however Bianca’s attorneys failed to serve the lawsuit to Interscope or Nothing records. Her attorneys also did not oppose Manson’s motion to strike and for dismissal. As such, the case is pending being dissolved in Nassau County, New York.
LAWSUIT 2:
MANSON v. GORE AND WOOD (Filed 3/2/22)
Over a year after Evan Rachel Wood and the other accusers below lodged abuse allegations against Marilyn Manson in February 2021, he went onto file a lawsuit against Wood as well as her former employee and lover for intentional infliction of emotional distress and defamation for spreading a proven-t0-be-false allegation that a short horror film he directed in the mid-90s depicted child pornography.
Shortly after filing his lawsuit, both Gore and Wood filed anti-slapp motions in Los Angeles County Superior Court to strike portions — including the forgery of a FBI letter that impersonated two real federal agents — as protected ‘free speech’. After an intense legal battle that spanned more than a year, an LA judge ruled in favor of those motions in Ma7 2023.
The larger portion of the lawsuit remains is now in discovery – on claims of conspiracy, distribution of illicit material in his name without his knowledge, hacking, impersonation online and swatting. Manson has notified the State of California’s appellate court that he intends to appeal the court’s decision to strike elements such as the forged “FBI” letter as free speech. A brief is due in January 2024 and if he moves forward with an appeal — that would put a stay on the case.
DISMISSED CASES
ESME BIANCO v. MARILYN MANSON (Filed 4/30/21)
Esme Bianco is an actress from the UK who dated Manson for a short period in 2011. In February 2021, she came forward on Good Morning America with abuse allegations and filed a lawsuit shortly after over claims of abuse as well as a complaint that she was “human trafficked” when Manson hired for a music video and paid for her travel from the UK to Los Angeles, California. Her lawsuit also complains that she was starved as well as forced into “involuntary servitude” when cooking on occasion as she lived in his home.
Her lawsuit would go on to be amended three times before she settled and the case was dismissed in January 2023.
ASHLEY WALTERS v. MANSON (Filed 5/18/21)
Ashley Walters worked as Manson’s personal assistant from Aug. 2010 through Oct. 2011 before being terminated for irresponsible conduct like taking the rockstar’s car for an unauthorized drunken joyride with Esme Bianco in the passenger seat. Walters is not a party – but also named in the Manson v. Ashley Gore and Evan Rachel Wood case as the alleged source for leaking private and identifying information like Manson’s social security number to Gore and Wood without his consent.
Walters filed a lawsuit in May 2021 alleging more than 25 repressed memories of abuse she alleges came ‘flooding’ back in Fall 2020 while participating in the filming of Phoenix Rising with long-time friends Esme Bianco and Evan Rachel Wood — who she’d known since her term of employment with Manson.
The case was amended twice before it was dismissed from LA Superior Court with prejudice in June 2022 — citing the statute of limitations as well as a failure of Walters to plead facts.
ASHLEY MORGAN SMITHLINE v. MANSON (Filed 6/30/21)
Ashley Morgan Smithline is a model and actress briefly dated Manson in November 2010. She went onto accuse him of abuse alongside Evan Rachel Wood, Esme Bianco and Ashley Walters in Feb. 2021 and later filed a lawsuit on abuse allegations later that year in June. Bianco and Smithline were both represented by the same attorney who argued the two were ‘human trafficked’ when traveling to LA where Manson resided.
Smithline voluntarily dropped all her claims against Manson in late 2022 and filed sworn testimony in Feb. 2021 in LA that all her claims against Manson were lies. She also testified that Bianco, Gore and Wood coerced her into believing she “repressed” memories of abuse that never took place. Furthermore, she was identified as a witness for Manson in a Jane Doe case based out of LA and to date she maintains her admission she lied about abuse after being coached by Bianco/Gore/Wood.
LA JANE DOE v. MANSON (Filed 5/28/21)
Jane Doe is a lesser-known pop singer who met Manson at a pre-Grammys party in 2011 and briefly dated him. She came forward alongside Bianco, Smithline, Walters and Wood in February 2021 on memories of abuse she claims she also “repressed” until they came flooding back while walking her dog that month and filed a lawsuit shortly after.
Doe’s original complaint was dismissed in Sept. 2021 but the judge granted her the opportunity to make edits and file an amended complaint. The case came very close to trial with Manson preparing a robust defense that included 83 exhibits, 6 fact witnesses and testimony from 3 witnesses. Doe’s case included a more modest 18 exhibits as well as testimony from 3 witnesses and 1 expert
“Jane” lodged new claims against Manson in a deposition four-weeks before the trial date. She then motioned to block Manson from exercising his right to testify and to block multiple witnesses from taking the stand against her. Additionally, she motioned to block her communications that contradict her written testimony from being presented to a jury. She did, however, settle before the judge could issue a ruling on these motions in late September 2023.
