On July 5, large portions of a Bianca Allaine Kyne Marilyn Manson lawsuit were cut as New York Supreme Court dismisses all claims he assaulted her as a minor.
Bianca Allaine Kyne Marilyn Manson Lawsuit Gutted by New York Supreme Court
Hon. Felice J. Muraca of New York Supreme Court’s Nassau County granted in part a motion filed by Manson to dismiss large portions of a lawsuit filed against him in Jan. 2023.
Most importantly?
The judge ruled all elements of the lawsuit alleging Bianca Allaine Kyne was assaulted by Manson as a minor to be removed. This amounts to about 6 pages and she is to file a second amended version of her complaint within the month to face further evaluation.
The claims dismissed that Manson harmed her in any way as a minor were widely circulated by the press early last year – adding further unfair damage to the rockstar’s reputation while obliterating his right to due process.
None of the publications circulating salacious headlines have since retracted or made edits to their articles in respect to the ruling from the court.
What did the New York Supreme Court judge not dismiss?
Manson’s motion to strike three causes of action.
Why?
Because he’s not even named in them.
Where Marilyn Manson was named as a defendant in 2/5 causes of action – Interscope and Nothing Records were named as primary defendants on claims of negligence and violation of state business law.
The Catch?
There is no record of the record labels being served or even attempts to be served by attorneys Karen Barth Menzies and Jeff Anderson. This is in stark contrast to their grandiose assertions upon filing the lawsuit that it would be an “indictment” on the entertainment industry and kick-start a master plan to take down one record label at a time.
Anderson boldly announced this plan in a Feb. 2023 press conference in Los Angeles and Karen Barth Menzies in a statement to Rolling Stone:
“This lawsuit goes beyond the named predator and targets the record labels that packaged and profited from their artist’s criminal behavior and it’s an indictment of the music industry for maintaining a culture that celebrates, protects and enables sexual predators.”
Jeff Anderson & Associates and Karen Barth Menzies failure to serve lawsuits they draft against famous names demonstrates a problematic pattern in and of itself.
Even more problematic? The media publishing their lawsuits with sensationalist, click-bait headlines with no fact-checking, no follow-up to see if the lawsuits are even served and no recourse for the unfair damage to the reputation of the targeted celebrities.
Award-winning attorney Blair Berk who has represented clients such as Manson’s longtime friend Johnny Depp against Amber Heard addressed this malicious style of litigation and media smear campaigns on the No Holding Back podcast.
“These outrageous civil complaints that are narratives that are largely intended to just sell tickets – right – because they know under the litigation privilege that a news outlet can republish almost word-for-word whatever they put in that initial civil complaint even though they well know it will get struck or not survive summary judgement.
And yet they go for the biggest splash with the civil complaint… knowing that the reporter will then include it, tuck it into the article and the public reads that as if it’s truth.”
HOW IS MARILYN MANSON DOING?
While out of the public eye, Manson has dedicated his time on a much more productive outlet than smearing people’s names — he’s been working on new music and preparing to hit the road on a Summer 2024 tour that kicks off on Aug. 2 in Hershey, PA alongside Slaughter to Prevail and Five Finger Death Punch. Headlining dates have also been added in Maryland, Illinois, Wisconsin, Nevada and Washington.
The tour will be his first time performing live on stage since entering recovery and living sober now for multiple years.
He’s kept his focus on moving forward positively with his life and working towards releasing new music under Nuclear Blast as his new label.
Being able to achieve sobriety, finish a new album, secure a new record label and partner with Live Nation and Ticketmaster as promoters of his upcoming shows is a worthy accomplishment for someone who was unceremoniously ‘canceled’ 3 years ago over public allegations that led to no criminal charges – despite draining extensive public resources on lengthy criminal investigations.

IS THE MEDIA ACCURATELY REPORTING ON THE BIANCA ALLAINE KYNE MARILYN MANSON LAWSUIT?
No.
There were no news articles making the rounds after New York Supreme Court dismissed claims on abuse of a minor from the Bianca Allaine Kyne Marilyn Manson lawsuit.
Furthermore, when attorney Jeff Anderson reported a statement allegedly written by Bianca – Loudwire, NME and Rolling Stone followed direction of the losing smeary attorneys to spin the situation into a win and frame Bianca Allaine Kyne as a “new accuser” speaking out publicly for the “first time.”
This is of course false, however, as she’s lodged many evolving allegations in the tabloids for years that completely contradict her lawsuit that just suffered a significant loss in court.
On her media tour, in 2021 Bianca Allaine Kyne appeared on gossip columnist most known for ‘blind’ items Entry Lawyer’s podcast. Their lengthy discussion is an uncomfortable listen not only because of the topics discussed but because Bianca was in a clear unwell state and one could argue was being exploited by the man whose life’s work is circulating sensationalized gossip – often not based in fact – about celebrities.
In response to her loss in New York, Kyne is allegedly attempting a second lawsuit against Manson in the State of Louisiana on the same claims just tossed out of court by NY Supreme Court. This second lawsuit was reported by Rolling Stone but as of now – there doesn’t seem to be any accessible record of it in court civil records. Time will tell!
It is a touch out of date now that so much of the Bianca Allaine Kyne Marilyn Manson lawsuit has been dismissed but walk through her original claims dating back to the 90s, here:
