MARILYN MANSON EVAN RACHEL WOOD AND ILLMA GORE LAWSUIT DELAYED – AGAIN
On Feb. 7, 2023 – Manson’s attorney Jackson S. Trugman and four attorneys for Ashley Illma Gore and Evan Rachel Wood appeared before LA County Superior Court to review a large number of evidentiary objections ahead of an anti-slapp ruling.
The court ordered all parties to meet and reduce their many objections in Dec. 2022. In January, they resolved *some* but many remained… make it likely the anti-slapp hearing would again be delayed. A new tentative court date is set for April 11, 2023 on the anti-slapp motions.
Prepare yourself for the long haul with this case because – at least so far – the parties have continued to vehemently argue their points and not work very cooperatively for the speediest trial possible.
