Jane Doe’s lawsuit is officially now the Bianca Kyne Marilyn Manson lawsuit – except of course he’s only a small piece of the pie she was hopeful to go after.
As a refresher, Doe filed a lawsuit in the state of New York on January 30, 2023 against Manson, Interscope Records, Nothing Records (co-owned by John Muir and NIN’s Trent Reznor) and twenty parties whose legal identities are unknown to her or her attorney Jeff Anderson.
JANE DOE CASE NOW THE BIANCA KYNE MARILYN MANSON LAWSUIT
Manson’s attorneys quickly challenged her anonymity in the case as Bianca Kyne has gone on record in several public interviews that circulated various claims against him for several years. She spoke with tabloids like The Sun as well as gossip bloggers like Enty Lawyer when she appeared on his podcast in February 2021.
Her attorney, Jeff Anderson, followed up with a notice that she was of her own accord going to act by name moving forward without the judge needing to hear any more arguments on the matter. He asserts her anonymity was impossible when people online put two-and-two together when matching the lawsuit against other allegations she’s spoken to tabloids and the like about and that led to her name being revealed on social media.
Appearing by name in court opened the door for Manson’s attorneys to file multiple interviews of Bianca Kyne telling conflicting stories to the one within her civil lawsuit shortly thereafter.
FROM CHANGE IN NAME TO CHANGES IN JURISDICTION
The Bianca Kyne Marilyn Manson lawsuit was officially filed against Manson, Interscope, Nothing Records and the 20 other parties in the state of New York in late January but then quickly ping-ponged over to federal court at Manson’s legal team’s request because of the different home states of all the active parties.
It then ping-ponged back to New York State Court after a federal judge evaluated the case and ruled on March 3, 3023 that Bianca’s claims do not meet the minimum of $75K in damages required to warrant federal jurisdiction.

CONTRADICTORY PODCAST STORIES
Now that we can speak openly about Kyne’s identity, we can evaluate a very emotional appearance from her on gossiper Enty Lawyer’s podcast in February 2021.
Her appearance is an interesting one as she tells a story very different than the one within her lawsuit. Most notable? She says she was not abused or assaulted when she claims to have met Manson following a Sept. 15, 1995 concert in Dallas, Texas when she was age 16. Instead, she alleged the abuse came later when she was 19 years old when she says he flew her around the country to various shows on his Rock is Dead Tour.
As discussed in a more in-depth discussion on the Justice for Marilyn Manson podcast, Manson was joined by actress and fiancé Rose McGowan on that tour who even penned a chapter about this time period of her life in her memoir Brave. McGown, a prominent survivor and advocate for fellow survivors, described Manson as loving, gentle-natured and a person who helped patch her back together following the trauma of abuse she endured by Harvey Weinstein.
The lawsuit discusses alleged abuse in more detail but the podcast interview finds Bianca Kyne again telling a different version of events. Where the truth ultimately lies remains to be seen.
NOTE ON ENTRY LAWYER
Note: Entry Lawyer is currently battling legal troubles of his own. Former Real Housewives of Beverly Hills castmate Kristin Jenkins filed a defamation case against him in November 2022 for circulating false statements that she is a sex trafficker.
Entry Lawyer responded in January 2023 by filing an anti-slapp motion in the State of California to discuss this horrible claim he circulated widely on the internet as protected “free speech”.
