Does the Evan Rachel Wood employee Ashley Illma Gore script of abuse claims make the theory of a Marilyn Manson hoax seem more or less likely?
FUN FACT: The Ashly Illma Gore script of abuse claims within Marilyn Manson’s lawsuit and her employer Evan Rachel Wood was turned over by none other than her identical twin sister, Bryton Gore.
When Bryton discovered evidence that Illma and others were engaged in some pretty deviant behavior against Manson (a man whom Illma, admittedly, has never met) – she drew a firm line in the sand and refused to conceal her findings. And with good reason. After all? Among the many files on an iPad device Illma gave to her twin for her nieces to use? Actress Evan Rachel Wood and her then employee Illma drafting a forged FBI letter impersonating a real federal agent.
After discovering that Bryton was alive (as Illma was telling others she’d died in a separate hoax), Evan reached out to Bryton in Fall 2021 to learn more about what went down during a period where the Gore family was cohabitating that went horribly wrong. Evan was hopeful that Bryton would be willing to keep the fake FBI document a secret but despite her impassioned pleas, Bryton refused.
Bryton testifies about that phone conversation with Wood as well as having witnessed a stressed call between both Illma and Evan earlier that spring. But evidence of a fake FBI letter on an iPad wasn’t the only thing Illma left behind that pointed to the Phoenix Rising co-stars actively building a hoax against Marilyn Manson.
Among other discoveries? An Ashley Illma Gore script of abuse claims that plays into Manson’s theory that there was a conspiracy to lodge fictitious claims allegations against him.
Let’s Review the Ashley Illma Gore Script of Abuse Claims

Her handwriting isn’t always easy to decipher but here’s a roughly transcribed review of the handwritten comments Illma Gore wrote in her notebook:
- When he hit me I started to feel crazy
- I thought she was crazy, I saw her scream crying and he told me she was crazy. I was there to work on a film project
- I would cry and slit my wrists in the hopes that he’d stop hurting me

- Threatened me when I asked who he was texting
- He ignored my crying and sat on his phone
- He texted me saying he could rape me
- I woke up tied up being raped.
- In the morning he told me he loved me, I started to think of a way to leave escape
- Accept his apology
- Move passed this together because he loves me and I trust him
Potential Context for the Ashley Illma Gore Script of Abuse Claims
Those who are familiar with the different claims the ring of friends made against Manson in 2021 will recognize some themes.
- ESME BIANCO: Falsely claims she was human trafficked when a role in Marilyn Manson’s I Want to Kill You Like They Do In the Movies music video required her to travel from her home in the UK to LA where filming took place. Bianco was free to travel back/forth and did so — accepting a role in Game of Thrones and also returning to London for Burlesque performances.
- EVAN RACHEL WOOD: Claims of self-harm. Wood also lodges claims of abuse happened on a separate music video (although she co-starred in the one with Bianco as well)
- ASHLEY WALTERS: Not as high profile of an accuser but a best friend of Esme who worked as Manson’s assistant. She claims she’d see the women emotional and would sneak them food.
Setting all that aside — it’s really difficult to justify the comments’ existence as genuine.
After all, Illma Gore has never met or spoken to the rockstar. She herself even acknowledged that when sat for a Fall 2022 deposition with Manson’s attorney Howard E. King clarifying for the record. And let’s say she was taking notes on the claims of the other women. If so, why are her handwritten statements written in the first-person?
Reflecting on the Ashley Illma Gore script of abuse claims, it’s really difficult to justify its existence as genuine.
After all:
- Illma Gore has never met or spoken to Marilyn Manson
- If it was from her taking notes on the claims of others, why is it written in first-person?
And it did seem immediately suspicious when it landed in LA Superior Court in 2022 — Feb. 2023 testimony from a model named Ashley Morgan Smithline started to make it seem all that much more suspicious.
Smithline was among the women to come out against Marilyn Manson on social media in Feb. 2021 to accuse him of various forms of abuse. Her story was one that was also broadcast around the world at large with a television appearance on The View and a now-recanted People cover story. However, she would go onto fully recant her claims against Manson and submitted testimony in his case against Evan Rachel Wood and Ashley Illma Gore that Wood, Gore and Game of Thones actress Esme Bianco manipulated her into thinking she’d “repressed” memories of abuse that did not happen.
But it’s one key detail of Smithline’s testimony that stands out — her admission that it was actually Illma Gore who wrote the statement she posted accusing Manson on Instagram.
Do you see any issues with Evan Rachel Wood’s employee writing abuse allegations about a man Gore has never met?
In addition to not staying silent about the nefarious files and notebooks she found pointing to her twin and Evan Rachel Wood creating a false narrative surrounding abuse — Bryton Gore turned her findings over to Manson’s team. The former iPad device of Illma’s was forensically analyzed and among its contents is a drafted message that corroborates Smithline’s testimony.

Evan Rachel Wood Cannot Erase Reality
The lawsuit Brian Warner aka Manson filed against Ashley Illma Gore and Evan Rachel Wood for fraud, hacking and conspiracy is in its early stages in LA County Superior Court but we’ve already seen Wood try to distance herself from the misconduct of others in court documents.
However, she cannot change the fact that it was her name as the principal officer for the “Phoenix Act” nonprofit she founded in May 2019. Illma may have been her lover but she also was on payroll as an employee of the organization.
The boss lady in charge does face some level of responsibility.
